The Crossville City Council will hold a special work session today. There is a single agenda item which concerns discussion of the Crossville Shooting Sports Park. The recreational park was proposed several months ago by County Mayor Kenneth Carey Jr. with talk of locating the facility in the old landfill area off Chestnut Hill Road. The Tennessee Wildlife Resources Agency would provide most of the funding with the city providing the land. The meeting begins at 12 Noon at City Hall.
