Within slightly over 24 hours, Crossville police arrested five Crossville residents for driving on revoked or suspended licenses or, in one case, for having no license at all.

Friday night, they arrested 36-year-old Samantha Jean Golliher for driving on a license revoked for failure to comply with financial responsibility. She also had an outstanding Rhea County warrant for failure to appear.

Saturday afternoon, police stopped 40-year-old Ovidio Rocael Vasquez Soto for running a stop sign and learned his license was revoked for unsatisfied judgment.

Four hours later, officers arrested 41-year-old Adam Paul Dodson after a traffic stop when his license came back suspended for failure to satisfy citation; he also had an outstanding warrant for probation violation.

About an hour and a half after that, the same two officers had pulled over 39-year-old Wesley Allen Massa for operating with no tail lights when he learned Massa’s license had been revoked for DUI. Massa was arrested for driving on a revoked license and issued citations for violation of the light law and financial responsibility.

And finally, just over an hour after that, the same officers initiated a stop on a vehicle driven by 32-year-old Herberto Torres Dominguez of Crossville for a nonfunctional headlight. Torres Dominguez confirmed he had no valid driver’s license. He was arrested for driving without a license, and issued citations for a light-law violation, no insurance and two citations for failure to have two children in the vehicle properly restrained.
