CROSSVILLE POLICE REQUESTS PUBLICS HELP IN LOCATING STOLEN COMMEMORATIVE PLAQUE

The Crossville Police Department is asking for the public’s assistance in a theft case. Yesterday (Thursday, May 4, 2017), employees with the City of Crossville reported that the commemorative bronze plaque had been stolen from the Cumberland County – Crossville Community Amphitheater. The commemorative plaque, valued at $1000, was commissioned in 2011, in recognition of the individual sponsors who generously supported the building, opening and operation of the amphitheater in our community. If you have any information on the identification of those responsible for this theft or to the whereabouts of the plaque, please call the Crime Stoppers Tip Hotline at 931-200-1173, or contact Det. Jason Wilson with the Crossville Police Department.
