Kentucky State Police Troopers extradited 66-year-old Arthur A. Long of Eddyville, Kentucky yesterday. Long was arrested back on December 5, 2016 by Tennessee Highway Patrol near Cookeville, Tennessee in reference to the ongoing Kentucky State Patrol investigation. Upon being extradited to Kentucky, Long was charged with murder and theft by unlawful taking of a vehicle. The charges stemmed from an investigation into the November 30, 2016 death of 68-year-old Nancy P. Minor in Eddyville, Kentucky. Long is being held in the Caldwell County, Kentucky jail.
