The Crossville Police Department, working in conjunction with the Tennessee Highway Safety Office and the Cumberland County Sheriff’s Department, will be conducting sobriety checkpoints this Friday (February 21, 2020) beginning at 5 p.m. and continuing around 10 p.m. central

During this time period, police will be conducting the checkpoints in the areas of Lantana Road and U.S. Highway 127, in an effort to cut down on impaired driving. Please use caution when driving in these areas. Do not approach checkpoints with high-beam headlights on, and always slow down when approaching the checkpoint areas.
