Because of the Thanksgiving Holiday, Cumberland and Roane County students will enjoy a short week in schools. Today will be the final day for students in both counties as they will be out Wed. Nov. 23 through Fri. Nov. 25 for the holiday. Students will return to school on Monday at the regular times. Cumberland County students will begin their winter breaks with a half day of school on Friday, Dec. 16 while Roane County students will begin their winter break with an early dismissal on Wed. Dec. 21.
