The Cumberland County Board of Education will discuss a three-year contract renewal for current Director of Schools Janet Graham at their meeting later this month. Graham was hired for the position for a contract of three years back in 2016. The board of education voted to extend that contract last year until June 30, 2020. The contract the board will consider will take Graham’s annual salary to nearly $110,000. The Cumberland County Board of Education meeting will be held October 24 at 6 p.m. at central office on 4th Street in Crossville.
