A Cumberland County grand jury met yesterday (Monday, June 28, 2021) and issued several indictments:

MATTHEW RAYMOND ALCORN – several counts including possession of meth, possession of a Schedule II drug, possession of meth over .5 grams, possession of a Schedule I drug (heroin), possession of meth over .5 grams in a school zone, possession of heroin in a school zone, possession of meth over .5 grams in a public park, possession of heroin in a public park, simple possession of marijuana, driving on a revoked license, driving while in possession of meth, and tampering with evidence.

JOHN WESLEY BAKER, JR. – theft over $1,000 and theft under $1,000.

TIMOTHY JOEL BOLES – several counts including possession of a Schedule II drug (meth) over .5 grams for sale/delivery and possession of drug paraphernalia, and driving on a suspended license.

DANNY LEE COLEMAN – possession of a Schedule II drug (meth) over .5 grams for sale/delivery, possession of a Schedule IV drug (Alprazolam) for sale/delivery, possession of a firearm by a convicted felon and being armed during a dangerous felony.

SHAWN JOSEPH CREVIER II – aggravated assault and domestic assault.

SYLINA ERICA DOMINGUEZ – possession of a Schedule II drug (meth) over .5 grams for sale and delivery and possession of a Schedule II drug (oxycodone).

KURT DWAYNE HAVLIK – possession of a Schedule II drug (meth) over .5 grams for sale/delivery.

KELLY SCOTT HOOD – aggravated burglary and theft under $1,000.

CHRISTOPHER EUGENE HENDERSON, JR. – possession of a Schedule II drug (meth) over .5 grams for sale/delivery.

GEORGE MATTHEW LEEDS – possession of a Schedule II drug (meth) over .5 grams for sale and delivery and possession of drug paraphernalia.

CASSIE ANN LESTER – possession of a Schedule II drug (fentanyl) for sale/delivery and possession of a Schedule II drug (meth).

JOELLE ELIZABETH LONGACRE – assault.

WILLIAM LARRY MATTHEWS, SR. – aggravated assault and domestic assault.

AMBER NICOLE MAY – possession of a Schedule II drug (meth) over .5 grams for sale/delivery and simple possession of a Scheduled VI drug (marijuana).

HEATHER DAWN MCNEAL – burglary and theft over $1,000.

WALTER ALFRED MILLER – possession of a Schedule II drug (fentanyl) for sale/delivery and possession of a Schedule I drug.

JUSTIN LEE OLDHAM – public intoxication, two counts of vandalism over $2,500 and three counts each of vandalism over $1,000.

JOHN DEMPSEY RECTOR – theft over $2,500.

KYLE THOMAS SHARP – possession of a Schedule II drug (meth).

JEFFREY LYNN TABOR – DUI, resisting arrest and violation of the implied consent law.

Arraignment is scheduled for these 20 individuals in Cumberland County Criminal Court July 13, 2021.

More indictments (pickup indictments usually for more serious crimes) will be served in the next few days and the names will be released after they are processed into the jail.
