A Cumberland County grand jury met yesterday and handed down charges on 19 individuals.

Here is a list of the 19 and the charges they face:

Ackerman, Shelley Jeanne – Possession of a Schedule II drug (Meth) over 26 grams for sale or delivery

Borja, David Anthony – Possession of a Schedule II drug (Meth) over 26 grams for sale or delivery

Buccina, Cody Tyler – Violation of the sex offender registry and driving on a suspended license.

Coleman, Travis Lee – Possession of a Schedule II drug (Fentanyl) for sale or delivery, possession of a Schedule II drug (Meth), possession of a Schedule II drug (Fentanyl), and resisting arrest.

Garland, John Christopher – Aggravated assault and two counts of vandalism over $2,500

Howard, Chance Lee – Possession of a Schedule II drug (Meth) over 26 grams for sale or delivery, possession of a Schedule II drug (Fentanyl) for sale or delivery, being armed during the commission of a dangerous felony, possession of a weapon by a convicted felon, and two counts of tampering with evidence.

Hubbard, Amber June – Possession of a Schedule II drug (Meth) over .5 grams for sale or delivery.

Keith, Corey Dale – Possession of a Schedule II drug (Meth) over 300 grams for sale or delivery, evading arrest, reckless endangerment, and driving in possession of a Schedule II drug (Meth).

Milke, Triston Robert – Domestic assault

Mosley, Shane Lynn – Possession of a Schedule I drug (para-fluorofentanyl) for sale and delivery, possession of a Schedule I drug (Heroin) for sale or delivery, possession of a Schedule II drug (Meth) over .5 grams for sale or delivery, possession of a Schedule II drug (Fentanyl) for sale or delivery, possession of a Schedule III drug (Ketamine) for sale or delivery, possession of drug paraphernalia, and criminal impersonation.

Murillo, Jesus – DUI and dui per se

Ogle, Johnny Dale – Possession of a Schedule II drug (Meth) over 300 grams for sale or delivery, possession of a Schedule II drug (Cocaine) over 26 grams for sale or delivery, and possession of a Schedule VI drug (Marijuana) for sale or delivery.

Rector, William Cody – Possession of a Schedule II drug (Meth) over 26 grams for sale or delivery and Possession of a Schedule II drug (Fentanyl/ANPP) for sale or delivery

Smith, Bradley Leon Marsell – Possession of a Schedule II drug (Meth) over 26 grams for sale or delivery

Snedeker, Timothy Neil – Evading arrest, DUI, reckless driving, driving on a revoked license, 3rd offense DUI, and 2nd offense driving on a revoked license.

Snow, David Shannon – aggravated assault and domestic assault.

Taylor, Alex Terril – DUI, resisting arrest, disorderly conduct, and DUI per se.

Whyte, Ryan Francis – evading arrest, reckless endangerment, and driving without a license.

Woody, Addison Paige – Possession of a Schedule II drug (Meth) over 26 grams for sale or delivery

These individuals are scheduled to be arraigned in Cumberland County Criminal Court on March 4, 2024.
