CUMBERLAND COUNTY DEPUTIES CHASE THEN ARREST SUSPECT IN STOLEN VEHICLE
Cumberland County deputies were recently called to intercept a vehicle stolen from a location on Norris Lane.
Officers located the Dodge Caravan on Highway 127 and attempted to stop the driver, 22-year-old Joseph Curtis Lamb of Crossville.
The arrest report states Lamb started to pass other vehicles on a double yellow line at a high rate of speed.
The chase ended when Lamb stopped at the Cumberland/Bledsoe County line.
He was arrested for theft of property, felony evading arrest, reckless endangerment, and driving without a license.
The vehicle was returned to its owner.
