Late last night, Cumberland County deputies observed 23-year-old Sandra Gail Howard trespassing at a property on the 4800 block of Plateau Road. When asked for identification, she provided a bogus name and date of birth. Howard was arrested for criminal impersonation and an outstanding warrant for failure to appear on charges of marijuana possession.
