DEPUTIES LEVEL 2 MANUFACTURE/DELIVERY CHARGES ON CUMBERLAND COUNTY MAN
A Cumberland County man has been charged with two counts of manufacture/delivery of a controlled substance. The driver of a Ford Bronco was pulled over on Highway 127 South for a seatbelt violation. 31-year-old Brad Jacob Dudding reportedly confessed to having an illegal pill in the glove box. When deputies were unable to find the pill another search turned up a metal box in the center console that contained 24 and a half prescription pills packaged for resale. The narcotics were identified as Oxycodone and Hydrocodone. A loaded .22 pistol was also found. Dudding was also charged with possessing a firearm while committing a crime.
