The Cumberland County Sheriff’s Department will participate with the Drug Enforcement Administration for the “National Prescription Drug Take-Back Initiative.” The sheriff’s office will help citizens to properly dispose of unused and expired medication. This also helps decrease crime in the community and it is the sheriff’s department belief that this initiative saves lives. The program will be held at the Cumberland County Sheriff’s Department in Crossville from 10 a.m. until 2 p.m. tomorrow (Saturday, October 27, 2018).
