We have a dry but cool week coming up for the plateau and all of East Tennessee. If the wind calms down enough there could be light frost in a couple of areas Monday night or Tuesday night but there is going to be a north breeze much of the time. Clearing skies on Monday but temperature is only reaching the upper 50s To near 60 degrees and a north breeze gusting to 15 miles an hour . Clear Monday night with a low near 38 degrees. Tuesday and Wednesday Sunshine with highs in the 60s. No rain is in the forecast all the way through next weekend when it will start warming back up into the 70s at that time.
