A grand jury has indicted 37-year-old Malbern Robert Edington of Roane County. He is scheduled for arraignment today in Anderson County Criminal Court. Court documents states Edington stole more than $250,000 from the alleged victim, Charles Stuber, between 2014 and 2017. The indictment also said Edington abused, neglected, or exploited Stuber.
