A vehicle accident in Overton County today claimed the lives of two. The Tennessee Highway Patrol states a 2012 Freightliner tractor-trailer operated by 61-year-old Dickie Bryant of Columbia, Kentucky was traveling north on Highway 111 when a 2003 Chevy driven by 77-year-old Johnie Ford of Allons pulled out into his path from Big Springs Road. Allons and a passenger in his vehicle, 77-year-old Lillie Ford, were both killed in the impact. Bryant was not hurt in the crash.
