A Tennessee Statewide Endangered Child Alert has been issued by the Tennessee Bureau of Investigation on behalf of the Dickson County Sheriff’s Office for 4-year-old Kalynn Turnbow. She is a Caucasian female with brown hair and brown eyes; she stands 3’5” tall and weighs 30 pounds. Kalynn was last seen April 4, 2018 at the Vanderbilt Hospital in Nashville for treatment of a broken leg and was in the company of Jason Bradford, a 44-year-old Caucasian male with brown hair, brown eyes, standing 6’1″ and weighing 198 pounds.
