The Tennessee Highway Patrol is reporting a fatal multi-vehicle crash has closed Highway 111 in Sequatchie County. Not much is known at this time but the wreck was located at a part of the highway heading down the mountain into Dunlap and just after the Lewis Chapel Rd. exit. THP confirms that one person has died in the crash which reportedly involved a car and dump truck.
