FITZGERALD COLLISION TO EXPAND RICKMAN FACILITY AND ADD NEW SITE IN SPARTA

Tennessee Gov. Bill Haslam has announced that a state company is ready for an expansion into the Upper Cumberland Region bringing with it 220 new jobs. Fitzgerald Collision and Repair of Rickman will expand its’ current facility by 100,000 square feet along with establishing a new operation in Sparta. The company will spend $9 million on the project bringing 145 new jobs to its’ Overton County facility and creating 75 positions in White County at the new site. The company, which provides collision repair to truck fleets, has recently partnered with the Tennessee College of Applied Technology (TCAT) in Livingston to offer students courses in truck fleet repair and maintenance.
