Officers with the Wartburg Police Department conducted a narcotics search warrant with the Morgan County Sheriff’s Office this week at Scenic River Inn Motel for possible narcotics activity. The search resulted in five arrests that include:

35-year-old James Claude Carroll – charged with felony drug paraphernalia, possession of a firearm during a dangerous felony, misdemeanor drug paraphernalia, deliver, sale or possession of methamphetamine, and simple possession of a Schedule II drug.

29-year-old Danyelle Tyne Moseley – charged with felony drug paraphernalia, possession of a firearm during a dangerous felony, misdemeanor drug paraphernalia, deliver, sale or possession of methamphetamine, and simple possession of a Schedule II drug.

47-year-old Tammy Denise Dill – charged with misdemeanor drug paraphernalia and deliver sale or possession of methamphetamine.

48-year-old David Lee Dill – charged with misdemeanor drug paraphernalia, deliver sale or possession of methamphetamine, and simple possession of a Schedule III drug.

51-year-old Barbara Ann Carroll – charged with misdemeanor drug paraphernalia and deliver sale or possession of methamphetamine.
