FLOOD ADVISORY ISSUED FOR COUNTIES IN AREA
The National Weather Service in Morristown has issued a URBAN AND SMALL STREAM FLOOD ADVISORY until 9 a.m. eastern time this morning (Friday, January 3, 2020) for the following counties:
Anderson, Bledsoe, northwestern Blount, Loudon, Meigs, Rhea, Roane
Doppler radar indicated heavy rain that may cause urban and small stream flooding in the advisory area. Some locations that may experience flooding include Oak Ridge, Maryville, Clinton, Lenoir City, Alcoa, Dayton, Kingston, Rockwood and Loudon.
A FLOOD WATCH remains in effect for the entire 105.7 The Hog listening area until 6 p.m. this evening.
