A man was airlifted by Lifestar to University of Tennessee Medical Center after an industrial accident involving a forklift occured at approximately 12:45 pm Tuesday afternoon at Crossville Hardwoods, the former Masterbrand Cabinets facility, located at 656 Interstate Drive in Crossville .

A landing zone was created in the parking lot of the Rockytop 10 Cinema and the man was transported around 1:30 pm.  The mans condition was unknown at the time of transport.
