He may not have been chosen as Harriman’s new chief of police but former Crossville police chief Rodney Shoap has other aspirations. Shoap has applied for the position of Crossville City Manager adding his application to the list of 23 applicants for the job. The deadline for submitting a resume for the job is Oct. 15^th. It was originally set for Sept. 30^th, but the council extended the date at their last monthly meeting.
