FORMER CUMBERLAND COUNTY EMS SUPERVISOR INDICTED
The Cumberland County Grand Jury has returned indictments against a former Cumberland County Ambulance Service supervisor. Agents with the Tennessee Bureau of Investigation say Randy Davidson misused his position to steal narcotics. According to agents who started investigating in August 2016, Davidson stole fentanyl from the Cumberland County Ambulance Service and forged the service’s controlled substance records to cover up the crime. Davidson no longer works for the ambulance service. On Monday, the Cumberland County Grand Jury indicted the Crossville man with two counts of Theft under $1,000, one count of Official Misconduct, and one count of Forgery. On Wednesday, TBI agents arrested Davidson and booked him in the Cumberland County Jail on $40,000 bond.
