Four inmates in the Putnam County jail are charged with aggravated arson after setting fire inside of a jail pod. Officers say surveillance cameras captured the four involved in the incident. The inmates are identified as 42-year-old Dewey Farley of Crossville, 37-year-old Andrew Dailey of Livingston, 30-year-old James Harris of Cookeville, and 26-year-old Travis Davenport of Smithville.
