Two individuals are facing drug charges in Cumberland County following a traffic stop. Deputies say a search of a vehicle pulled over reportedly revealed several syringes with attached needles and pills. Officers arrested 41-year-old Crystal Lynn Balaja of Crossville for manufacture, sale and delivery of drugs, possession of a Schedule II, IV, V and VI drug and possession of drug paraphernalia. Also taken into custody was 43-year-old Dwight Lee Woody of Crossville for possession of a controlled substance. A third subject in the vehicle was served an outstanding warrant. All were transported to the Cumberland County jail.
