FOUR OVERTON COUNTY JAIL ESCAPEES CAPTURED
The final inmate who had escaped from the Overton County Jail has been captured. He was the last of four who had escaped Wednesday night around 11:30 PM. Authorities said that the four were able to access a service door in the ceiling of their housing pod which led to the attic. They broke open a lock, tore air-conditioning ductwork loose and then exited onto the roof. Three of the four escapees were apprehended Thursday morning. The fourth, Jason Thomas Atnip, was caught around 5:30 PM.
