A fugitive from Georgia was taken into custody in Cumberland County. Deputies say 33-year-old Billy Joe White is wanted in Walker County, Georgia with full extradition. White was also served outstanding warrants for violation of probation and failure to appear in court. He is being held without bond in jail.
