A stolen vehicle out of Knox County was recovered in Crossville recently. Police responded to Cumberland Mountain State Park where the van was located. An off-duty officer noticed two subjects running through a nearby field. Once the pair was detained, one man told officers that 21-year-old Daniel Tyler Godsey of Kingston picked him up and went to the park where the van ran out of fuel. A check of Godsey revealed five outstanding warrants. Godsey was arrested for theft of a vehicle and taken to the Cumberland County jail.
