The Tennessee Highway Patrol and medics responded Tuesday night to a vehicle crash on the 700 block of Dickey Valley Road in Roane County. A Toyota 4 Runner driven by 20-year-old Lucas D. Emily of Philadelphia, Tennessee lost control in a curve, rolled onto its top and slid into a dirt embankment. Troopers say Emily sustained injuries and was charged with at least three traffic violations. The report indicated a passenger in the car, 19-year-old William M. Renfro of Clinton, was possibly hurt.
