Cumberland County deputies are looking into the burglary of a hunting cabin in Rockwood. The Smith Mountain Road cabin, which is watched by the owner’s neighbor, is the second cabin watched by that woman to be burglarized since December. Deputies noticed the back door pried open; a glass-front wood stove was removed. The woman told deputies she believes both burglaries are related. There are no suspects at this time, but an investigation is ongoing.
