IDENTITIES RELEASED IN VEHICLE CRASH ON NORTH MAIN STREET NEXT TO LOWES

The Crossville Police Department released an accident report this morning regarding a two-vehicle crash Wednesday on North Main Street in front of Lowe’s.

It states a 2007 Chevy driven by 44-year-old Jennifer Enochs of Jonesborough, Indiana, was traveling north and was in the left turn lane to enter the parking lot of Lowes.

The report states Enochs made the turn and did not yield to an oncoming 2018 Ram 1500 truck operated by 18-year-old Ryan Anthony Jones of Crossville.

The truck hit the Chevy on the passenger side.

Enochs and two passengers with her, 54-year-old Jeffery Lytle of Upland, Indiana, and 6-year-old Clayton Phifer, had to be extricated from the wreckage of her vehicle.

Two LifeStar medical helicopters landed at the scene to transport the three to U.T. Medical Center for treatment of serious injuries.

Jones was taken by ambulance to Cumberland Medical Center for treatment.
