The Roane County Sheriff’s Department said this afternoon foul play has not been ruled out after the body of a man was pulled out of the Emory River near Harriman yesterday. Sheriff Jack Stockton says the identity of the deceased is 37-year-old Aaron Reed Brown of Cumberland County. The investigation continues and no further information will be released at this time.
