An inmate who escaped from the Van Buren County Jail yesterday (Saturday, August 12, 2017) has been captured. The Tennessee Highway Patrol reported 28-year-old Gary Blankenship was back in the custody of Van Buren County deputies. No additional details about the escape have been released.
