Funeral services for James Leroy Powell, age 83, of Crossville will be held Thursday, October 19, 2017, at 1 PM at Bilbrey Funeral Home in Crossville. Burial will follow in Green Acres Memory Gardens. Visitation will be held prior to the service from noon to 1 PM. Survivors include his daughter: Anissa Powell; sons: Richard Powell and Steve Powell; 4 grandchildren; 3 great-grandchildren; and sisters: Brenda Yehl and Mary Jenkins.
