The Kingston City Council last night voted unanimously in support of annexing 5 parcels of property of the old Southwest Point Golf Course for possible development for a major RV park. The proposed Kingston Point would also include residential housing, condominiums, parks, a marina, an event center, restaurants and other retail businesses. At least 100 residents of Kingston and the surrounding area are against the development taking place.
