KINGSTON’S PARKS & RECREATION DIRECTOR RESIGNS
Kingston’s Parks and Recreation Director has resigned. Lat Friday, Rick Ross informed Kingston City Manager David Bowling, that he was resigning as Parks and Recreation director. In a statement released this week, Bowling said that “this is a sudden and impactful development that the city staff is trying to process personally and professionally.” He gave no further comment. Administrative duties have been delegated internally until a permanent replacement is hired. Ross had been with the city as parks and recreation director for 12 years.
