LAW ENFORCEMENT TO BE OUT IN FORCE FOR LABOR DAY WEEKEND
Law enforcement in every county in the listening area will be out on force this Labor Day weekend for many reasons. The grace period for the hands-free law will be over and officers will be pulling over motorists using their cell phones with their hands while driving. Drivers either need to use their cell phones by way of a hand free device such as a Bluetooth or simply not use a phone while operating a vehicle. Officers will also look for motorists under the influence and aggressive drivers.
