An Oliver Springs man implicated in the robbery of two Clinton stores will be in court Wednesday. 38-year-old Wallace Wade Tidwell III is charged with the robbery of the Clinton BP on North Charles Seviers Blvd. and the Rocky Top Market In both instances, Tidwell appeared to have a handgun but it was never determined if he really had one or not. Investigators followed leads and located Tidwell at a motel in Knoxville.
