A Roane County man is facing a charge of domestic assault after allegedly attacking a woman carrying a baby. According to the arrest report, deputies with the Roane County Sheriff’s Department went to a Bullard Ford Road home for a disturbance. Officers say 22-year-old Brandon Bradshaw of Harriman engaged in a physical altercation with a woman holding her one year old child over the house not being cleaned. Bradshaw left the scene and was taken into custody on Emory Drive in Harriman. The victim told officers that Bradshaw allegedly pushed her down and she fell over a laundry basket. When the victim fell, the child hit his face on an object causing a bruise under his eye. Medical crews checked the child at the scene. Bradshaw was placed under arrest for domestic assault and transported to the Roane County jail. The Department of Children’s Service was referred to the case by law enforcement.
