MAN ARRESTED DURING BURGLARY INVESTIGATION IN CUMBERLAND COUNTY

A Fentress County man was recently arrested by Cumberland County authorities during an investigation of a burglary. Deputies say 30-year-old Justin Wayne Wooten of Jamestown reportedly gave officers a false name. However, officers found a bondsman’s card in Wooten’s wallet with his real name on it. Deputies also learned Wooten was wanted by Arkansas authorities for kidnapping and domestic assault, but no extradition was placed on him. Wooten was charged with criminal impersonation and taken to the Cumberland County jail.
