Police officers in Crossville responded to the Bread of Life Rescue Mission after a man with blood on his clothes and a cut to his head appeared. The report indicates the 56-year-old male victim was dropped off by an unknown female. Police were unable to communicate with the man because he was not able to speak, write or use sign language. Officers later learned the victim was attacked in Nashville and was treated at a hospital for injuries. No suspects were named.
