A man has been charged in Hamblen County, Tennessee with the murder of a 16-year-old female. Officers say 19-year-old Dalton Mitchell Hodges was arrested for second degree murder in relation to the death of the teen. Officers say she was shot with a small caliber handgun in Cherokee Park and passed away a short time later. Investigators believe the two knew each other.
