A Cumberland County man charged with reckless homicide made a court appearance this week. Officers say 26-year-old Michael Quinn Dale of Crossville allegedly discharged a shotgun at an Old Mail Road home back in January 2017. The projectiles from the shotgun blast went through a wall and struck 21-year-old Kelsey Nicole Brady. Brady passed away from injuries sustained. In court this past Tuesday, the judge set review court dates of December 11, 2017 and January 24, 2018 in Dale’s case.
