MAN FACES DOMESTIC ASSAULT AND FELONY EVADING ARREST CHARGES IN CUMBERLAND COUNTY GENERAL SESSIONS COURT
K.C. Levi Ousley is set to appear in Cumberland County General Sessions Court on June 11th. Represented by a public defender, Ousley faces a combination of past and recent charges.
The first case stems from a domestic assault incident on November 18, 2025. According to the affidavit filed by Deputy Michael Winebarger, deputies responded to a domestic call on Highway 68, where a female victim reported that Ousley held her against a shed, pointed a gun at his own head, and smashed her vehicle’s windshield and headlight with a wooden board. Ousley fled the scene before deputies arrived and was determined to be the primary aggressor. This domestic assault charge subsequently led to a booked probation violation filed against him on May 19, 2026.
The second case involves a more recent incident on June 6, 2026, which resulted in a class E felony charge for evading arrest. Deputy Aidyn Smith’s affidavit states that at approximately 12:45 AM, deputies attempted to stop two motorbikes on Tabor Loop for operating without helmets. When emergency lights and sirens were activated, Ousley accelerated rapidly to flee, while the second operator stopped and identified Ousley to law enforcement. Multiple deputies subsequently located Ousley’s wrecked motorbike on the property of 22 Stoned Trail, where Ousley was found hiding. Upon being taken into custody, Ousley admitted he fled because he knew he had an active warrant.
