A Cumberland County man was injured following being struck by a vehicle. According to the incident report, deputies responded to Peavine Road where the victim in a vehicle was rear ended by another vehicle. Officers say the victim was waiting to turn safely from the stop sign at Stone Loop to Peavine Road. When the victim got out of his vehicle, deputies say 55-year-old Steven Lance Marshall got into an argument then allegedly hit the victim with his vehicle causing him to roll up on the windshield then off the vehicle onto the ground. Marshall allegedly fled the scene. Warrants were taken out on Marshall for reckless endangerment, leaving the scene of an accident and two counts of aggravated assault.
