MAN PREVIOUSLY CHARGED WITH VEHICULAR HOMICIDE ARRESTED AGAIN FOR BEING INTOXICATED

A man previously convicted of a vehicular homicide charge while intoxicated in 2007 has been arrested again by Rockwood Deputies. Bryan Keefe Howard has been charged with public intoxication in the incident which took place on Sept. 5. Authorities found Howard passed out in the back seat of an SUV parked at Midtown Auto Sales. They say Howard confessed to having been drinking and being unaware of where he was. Howard was previously convicted in the death of Bradley Keith Lively who was killed in the crash which took place on Blair Road over 7 years ago. He was sentenced to eight years behind bars but was paroled in June 2014. Last year Howard found himself back before a judge when he was charged with driving on a revoked license and simple possession. His parole in the vehicular homicide case was later revoked by the state and he was released this past April.
