A man is recovering after he was apparently shot late yesterday in Cumberland County while mowing grass. Deputies responded to the emergency room of Cumberland Medical Center where 21-year-old Cirilo Miller said he was operating a stand-up riding mower in a yard on the 1400 block of West Creston Road when he felt something strike him in the chest.
