A Rhea County man has been sentenced to 10 years in prison to serve at 100 percent after he plead guilty to aggravated sexual battery. Court officials say 49-year-old Richard Jordan of Graysville was originally indicted by a Rhea County grand jury for rape of a child under the age of five. Jordan was already on the state’s sex offender registry after having served time in prison on a similar charge nearly 10 years ago.
