Cumberland County deputies responded to a residence on the 1500 block of Westel Road for an unknown motorist in a vehicle driving around the yard of the homeowners property.

Officers encountered the driver, 43-year-old Billy Trammell, asleep in a green Dodge truck parked in the yard.

A check revealed Trammell had a warrant in Kentucky for violation of parole with full extradition.

Trammell was arrested and taken to the Cumberland County jail.
